19 Rings of Power
I've been wondering...
1. What are their names and abilities? 2. What's the name of the elf/dwarf/man who possesed each particular Ring? |

Well...
Their are 20 Rings of Power (including the One Ring). And how that one passed is known to most here, it's described wholly in LotR. The three elven-rings: - Vilya belonged to Gil-Galad, but later he gave it to Elrond Half-elven - Narya was at first in the Havens with Cirdan, but when the Istari came over the seas Cirdan gave it to Gandalf. - Nenya has always belonged to Galadriel as far as I know. Then there are the seven and the nine. I do not know the names of these Rings but their are given seven to the offspring of the seven fathers of dwarves, and nine to the great Kings of Men. I cannot help you any further. greetings, lathspell
