Okay, my five favourite characters (in no particular order):

1)Legolas
2)Pippin
3)Merry
4)Frodo
5)Eowen

As for what that says about me, who knows?
I am mischievous like Merry, slighty "look, a pretty thing"ish like Pippin, a bit different like Frodo, I fear a cage like Eowen and like Legolas, I am perfect!

Well, these are mt top five:

1. Smeagol
2. Wormtongue
3. Gandalf
4. Frodo
5. Sam

I guess the reason I like the first two is mostly because I pity them. And that I'm a lot like Smeagol (hating sunlight and everything) If were talking about the movies though, it's a whole different order:

1. Smeagol
2. Arwen
3. Haldir
4. Wormtongue
5. Aragorn

I like the fact that they made Arwen this strong brave woman.

1) Pippin (not serious, cheerful, tends to knock things over)
2) Frodo (different from everyone else)
3) Legolas (observant, an archer)
4) Shelob (heehee, just 'cause she's a spider, and I like spiders )
5) Sam (loyal, brave, good hobbit-sense)

You should have said ten, I think, this isn't even close to all my favorites!

i only have 4 fav. characters;
1.) Goldberry
2.) Legolas
3.) Sam
4.) Boromir

i think that Goldberry is a mysterious, sweet nourturing character, im like her in aspects of fair features, and mysteriousness(though i might come off as slightly crazy)

Legolas has amazing senses (i have a sixth sense), and he is totally at one with animals....Sam because of amazing loyalty....and Boromir, because he reminds me so much about myself...how i make mistakes too, and how hard it is sometimes to say no, its wrong....anyways...yah!

1.) Samwise
2.) Galadriel
3.) Eowyn
4.) Frodo
5.) Legolas

Now I guess this says that I am a person who likes to help others before myself, that I have a majestic nature at times & I can face desire and overcome it, that I am fiesty and like to be in the middle of action, that I take on things that sometimes seem impossible, and I can be noble and become friends with my total opposites.
All of that actually rings quite true. Interesting.

1 Aragorn II
2 Éowyn, White Lady of Rohan
3 Samwise Gamgee
4 Legolas Greenleaf of Mirkwood
5 Frodo Baggins

I guess that probably means I'm quite intense and have parts of my character that people don't really see...

How are you supposed to be able to read that?!It's very confuzzling(don't steal my word!I'll kill you if you do!)!Oh well, someone tell me what this means in whatever you are saying...(in no perticular order)

1.Pippin - crazy, psycho, tends to knock stuff over and says some of the stupidest yet funniest things

2.Frodo - I'm different from everyone else in the class

3.Strider[NOT Aragorn!] - a loner, nobody needs me kinda thing but I look after everyone else

4.Legolas - observent,great listener,has a major feel for nature,an awesome connection with animals,the pointy ears,tall,majestic,has sort of a sixth sense

5.Galadriel - has de ja vu(ability to see what might happen)

Oooh, cool!

My exact favorites are:

1. Haldir - just the coolest elf in the whole story line (book and movie) Talented and noble **sighs**
2. Goldberry - Mysteriously innocent
3. Tom Bombadil - Amazing; Uncle-fun and a caring person for all things good in this world (well ... er ... Arda that is)
4. Bilbo Baggins - a great character; the Hobbit was spectacular and I loved Bilbo Baggin's outlook on everything.
5. Pippin - mischevious, prank-pulling, funny, cute-as-a-button, kind of silly but that's allright, v innocent

About me? I know, I like the good old Fairy Tale plots with a good guy, a bad guy and an all around happy ending Maybe it means that I respect people like Haldir, am most like Goldberry and Tom Bombadil, am ammused by people like Bilbo, and love children (i.e. Pippin)

Here are my favorites!

1.)Frodo! =^.^=
2.)Merry!
3.)Pippin!
4.)Sam!
5.)Gandalf!

I like Frodo the best because, well...He's so innocent, yet really strong at heart. I don't know why, but I really like that about him. I like the other Hobbits because they're a riot! I can stop laughing at them sometimes. I like Gandalf because he's just down right cool. ...I have no idea what this says about me. Anyone wanna tell me what my choices say about me?

Has to be-

Fingolfin
Glorfindel
Gandalf
Melian
Bilbo

Fingolfin because of his duel with Morgoth, for me the most powerful passage of the Silmarillion. Glorfindel for being the definitive Elven lord, Gandalf for 101 reasons (plus the 2 Gs for services in Balrog eradication - honourable mention to Ecthelion). Melian for being possibly the least lunatic inhabitant of Beleriand (and quite a looker!) Bilbo for making me smile.

1420!

my favourite 5 are
1- Aragorn (he's a real old-fashioned hero, and i can't help loving that!)
2- Arwen (the way they show her in the books, NOT in the movie!)
3- gimli (most of the times he's just funny, but i admire his perseverance)
4- Bilbo (the old romantic...)
5- Tom Bombadil (that guy is a real mistery. it seems no laws or magic can influence him)

so, what does it say about me?

It says I have some issues/inner battles that can bring me to my knees, though I am a strong person, yet I am able to separate these issues from my social/everyday life and retain a good sense of humor. I also dislike the stereotype some people give women/girls of my age--thinking we're all dumb blonde bombshells that love boybands and talking on the phone--and I fight it, though it is not a main goal in my life. I also have some issues with my father, but don't take it as a problem anymore as I've grown out of it. And... all that jazz...

... I need a life.

I like Gimli because he's a tough guy, but is gentle at heart, I like Eowyn because she's a strong women, and although I'm sure not a woman, I do feel like I'm caged, constantly. I admire Elrond for his wisdom, I just like Galadriel all around, and I like Sam because he's down to earth and appreciated the little things.

Wow, ok...my favorite are:

1. Sam- I admire his loyalty and friendship to Frodo. I guess I'm somewhat like that.
2. Frodo- I'm different than anyone I know. Seriously. People tell me that.
3. Merry-I don't ever want to get left behind. I hate being left out of things.
4. Pippin- I get into trouble a little bit. Not seriously, but trouble.
5. Legolas- Hmmm...I love Horseback riding and archery. I'm not sure if I coulkd say I have good looks like him. {Cause I don't}

But anyway, I guess I have this weird obsession with Hobbits and Elves. Hmmm...maybe it's just cause I'm weird.
