Furlongs are always being mentioned in horse racing. Especially 'the final furlong' in the Grand National.

The rhyme I put at the beginning indicates that it only needs to *sound* like 'gone.' But the 'note' thing was needed to get rid of the D, because that letter is not silent.

Oh ... did you think 'unsung' meant get rid of another note? Actually, that's so cool I'll pretend I intended it.

I actually added 'unsung hero' as a wry joke about the heroic act of unblocking a toilet. I mean, what's the point of being a great elvish warrior if you can't deal with everyday, practical matters?
