Leaf I think of Thingol and Melian when I hear this song

I always felt that Thingol was the hottest male character in Middle-earth, the only Elf or Man to have one of the Ainu (Melian the Maia) fall in love with him enough for them to marry and have a child together. I admit to thinking of this pair when I hear the Tavares song Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel:

That that is about the least middle earthy thing I have heard or seen in a long while!!! But then my first reaction on reading Tavare was that he used to play cricket very slowly for Kent and England....

But the song that always makes me think of Thingol and Melian is this
