Okay, so to clarify my last post: I was being sarcastic. I did all of that. What less could be expected of me? But I did not (really didn't this time) yell "Do the Wave for Boromir the Disco King!" and get the whole theater doing the wave (which would have been cool).

Me and my girlfriend, at the ebd credits when Orlando Bloom name appears booed so loud. Then some girl hit me and said "DOnt make fun of the only reason this movie is good" So we left.

Im actually really surprised, my boyfriend wants to go to ROTK with me. His fave is Gimli. He hasnt read the books so im going to tell him they all die on the paths of the dead and then tell him that Faramir becomes King of Gondor.

Some stuff I did:

During all of RotK, I hummed along with the soundtrack. The person next to me must have thought that it was so obnoxious that they somehow moved to another seat halfway through the movie, even though the show was sold out, so I don't know how they found another.
I whispered to my brother when Merry & Pippin were drinking in Edoras "So that's why all the rum is gone!!"
Also, I started sobbing loudly when Theoden died. I could hear a whole bunch of other people loudly crying too.
I even started applauding when Legolas finished his mumakil stunt, along with the rest of the theater
My brother and I sat in our seats and sang along with "Into the West" during the credits. We also utterly refused to leave until every last credit had finished.

There was a very quiet chorus of "The Ents go marching one by one hurrah..." during the Last March of the Ents in TTT. It came from the place my group was sitting <smiles innocently>

What I did the latest time I saw RotK (I had so much fun!):

-"Alas, poor Yorick, I knew him well" when the heads fly into Minas Tirith. (Thanks, Tymezennith!)

-When Lego says "A diversion" I said "Thank you, Captain Obvious!" then muttered "stupid blonde elf."

-Laughed at Denny's Flying Leap of Doom.

-When the dead army is attacking I said "It's the attack of the green M&M's!" a bit louder than I intended, but many people laughed. (I feel so special!)

-When the Eagles are carrying Frodo and Sam, the camera zooms in on Frodo's face, and I said "We're falling up Frodo's nose!" (I was sitting in the second row, so Frodo's nose was really big)

-"Hobbit abuse!"

-"Little orcs, buraroom!"

(the last two I already mentioned, but I did them again.)

I might have annoyed the people sitting behind me, but when the credits started and I stood up to leave (I would have liked to stay, but it was 15 minutes til midnight) they were eating each other's faces, so I don't think they had been really watching the movie.

When a group of orcs go by, yell "GO TEAM!!!" Replace "team" with the name of the local college or high school football team which your town happens to be EXTREMELY proud of. Cheer a lot. For added fun, bring pom poms.

I do this every time my mom and I watch FOTR or TTT.
