Hmmmm.... From Ruiel's perspective, she'd not permit any servants, maids to accompany her or her daughters to Minas Tirith unless she trusted them implicitly.

As for my location, I'm in Australia. So, if this board is on Eastern US time, that places me rougly 15 hours ahead of board time.
