Not sure on "Heren Istarion", but for the meaning of "Reverse Saucy", see p. 3 of this thread. (The answer to Sauceman's puzzle was the first letter of clue #1, the second letter of clue #2, etc.)

With flowers was the straight clue, as Lossarnach is a flowery region.
