Lol, I just realized my mistake. I should have said Frodo to Sam after they had gotten away from the Orc Company that they were forced to march in, which was after they had escaped from the tower of Cirith Ungol.

Nope, It was Merry to Gimli and Legolas, after Legolas was talking about going to the Havens. Merry was wishing for the war to be over because he knew the worst was yet to come.
