Too hard? Hint: Sagroth is mentioned in the War of the Jewels.

Nice to see you again Pallando!
Sorry, I wanted it done without Elves (except Maedhros). You're on the right track though!

Well, to keep it short...
Sagroth -> Hurin -> Morgoth -> Maedhros, or Sagroth -> Hurin -> Thorondor -> Maedhros. But that should maybe be Pallando's, I'd never have got there had he not supplied Hurin....

Uh, right. I'm tired ... can't think ... I'll give y'all a nice easy one, for a change.
Elphir -> Oropher I probably should place restrictions, but have not the energy to work it out whilst they stand ... so go ahead, get there however you please. (Whatever I next do will be better, I promise...!)

Um, this is Ruitha...
I have no way to prove it, but I lost my password then realised the site only has my old email address, so not really sure how to get that account back. And this is fine, although you could've missed out Aragorn. Go ahead. Or, if you don't feel you can believe me, wait the ten days then go ahead. Yeah, thought of that later. :P
Try this: Finduilas (1st Age) -> Finduilas (3rd Age)

Okay, here is the first question:
Ted Sandyman ----> Haldir

Here is one that might a little bit trickier:
Theoden --> Glaurung

Théoden--Aragorn--Elrond--Eärendil--Tuor--Huor--Hśrin--Tśrin--Glaurung
or Théoden--Aragorn--Galadriel--Orodreth--Finduilas--Glaurung I'm sure there are many other possible ones, that's just what was in my mind immediately.

Bruce, both of those are good answers, but remeber, it is 6 degrees of separation. There can be only 5 answers to the final person.
Theoden --> Glaurung

Rose - Frodo - Elrond - Celegorm - Elwe
This is correct. Though I was thinking Rose -> Sam. Telchar - it is 6 degrees of separation. There can be only 5 answers to the final person. So yes, the shortest answer wins.

Yes Bruce is correct! When I thought of it, my mind was set on S - Celebrimbor - G - F - M, when I had posted I looked at it the other way around - only difference was that I used Finwe instreat of Feanor. Well go on Bruce, these are a fresh breath of air ...
