doug*platypus has just left Hobbiton.
Tolkien

There may have been, in fact there probably were, but all the histories of that time have come down to us from the goodies' side, and so we can't possibly know about them. Knowing about the heroes of the enemy would have been unrealistic; Tolkien was a strong user of Point of View. We never know anything that it is impossible to know, or cannot be inferred.

The Mouth of Sauron apparently was from Harad, that's about all we are told. I think that Khaműl, one of the Nazgűl, came from the East. You could check Unfinished Tales. The Corsairs of Umbar were descended from Black Numenoreans, so maybe you could use some evil-sounding Numenorean names. If you get your map finished, maybe the mods will let you a put a link to it somewhere on this site? Good luck.
