Entwife Hide-and-Seek - The Barrow-Downs Discussion Forum

OK. Treebeard had it all wrong. The Entwives weren't lost, they were just hiding. See, they got fed up with the Ents and left. Now where to look? Or should I say, where to hide?

Simple Rules

1. Hider(Entwife) hides
2. Entwife gives clues and answers questions about where they are
3. Clues/answers become more and more specific
4. Entwife is found
5. Finder is new Entwife
(6. No moving Entwives!)

Now, play nice. Don't hide under a rock sitting on a path in the middle of an unnamed wood. Hide where people can eventually find you.

Now, I will begin.

I'm hiding somewhere between Rivendell and Hobbiton.

Is this YES and NO questions only?

If not, who inhabits the place where you hide, Entwife? Hobbits, Men, or Elves? (most likely not orcs).

If so... let's go with Bywaters' question.

Men, Hobbits, and Elves may pass by my place, but none stay there.

Nope, no Entwife at the Barrowdowns, although, my place could be considered a down.
