tom the eldest has just left Hobbiton.
Yeah,i think it depends on the situation of the character.when its their time however,they pretty much stomps everything,even an enemy hundreds of time their sizes,like legolas(im just really hates the potrayal of legolas being an super-elves that can stomp anything except bolg)

Perhaps because he was a member of the Fellowship representing Elves, but wasn't developed in the books much. And PJ tried to give him his due. There's an article/or something explaining Legolas [13 TIMES] was the key factor in the victory in the movies or something like that.
