Last thing I heard from tp is there are 4 rounds planned and he is waiting to hear from some others who might meander in since they expressed interest to join. If after 3 rounds, it looks like all the ends are tied up and everyone's ready to go then the tournament will start after 3 friendlies.

(Which reminds me tp, Glirdan says he's too busy, haven't heard from wilwa yet).
