Slightly confused about how to do this, so if I make a mistake, tell me please....

I'm thinking of allowing each person 4 nominations and secondings, maybe then there'll be more candidates. Or stop at 15 nominees so that we can get to the actual game faster. Or both. Thoughts?

I would keep each person at 3 nominations, but increase the number of seconds to 4, since each character has to have 2 seconds...that might reach the goal at little faster...

Urwen, I'm sorry, but I don't think you can second Nienor. She's your nominee. You can still use that last seconding on someone else's nominee, though.

It's totally up to you who you choose to second, as long as it's not your own nominee. As for convincing people - Pitch, Legate, Tuor, tp, Mnemo, and Brooke still hav nominations. You could try asking them.
