Being serious (something I don't like to do too often), I think there is a translation problem going on here. Here in The Islands of the Mighty (Mabinogion), being 'HOT' is normally something a female would call a good looking bloke, so therefore to me the question looks like you are asking who I think is the best looking man or woman.

That's true, but you could also take HOT literally, or interpret it in any way that'll fit the joke
