Uph, have never tried using Latin letters for Russian words before. Worth a try?

Tre - elfiyskim vladykam v podzvyozdnyi predel
(Three - for elven lords in under-stars (?) realm)
Sem' - dlya gnomov tsaryashchikh v podzemnom prostorie
(Seven - for dwarves ruling in undergroung space)
Devyat' - smertnym chei vyveren srok ee oodel
(Nine - for the mortals whose life-span and doom has been measured)
Ee Odno - Vlastelinu na tyomnom pristolie
(And One - for the Lord on the dark throne)
V Mordorie gde vekovechnaya t'ma
(In Mordor where eternal darkness is)
Shtoby vsekh atyskat', vayedina sazvat'
(To find all, call together)
Ee yedinayu chornayu volei skavat'
(And bind by single black will)
V Mordorie gde vekovechnaya t'ma
(In Mordor where eternal darkness is)
