Wormtongue has just left Hobbiton.
Shield

Greetings all!
I identify with Gimli the best! I'm re-reading the story yet again (haven't in eight years or so, t'was about time!) and I find myself broad of smile when Gimli graces the page. That steadfast proud Dwarf is a pillar (stump?) of constitution and his friendship with Legolas is admirable.
I haven't yet seen the movie (long story) so I still share Tolkien's image of the characters as he portrays them. I don't really know if I want to soil my mind with Jackson's imagery.
