Groups (1= winners, 2= runners up):

Group A:
1. Angband- They have a flying dragon! Oh, and generally their team is full of some hidden talent.
2. Moria- After a close contest with Alqualonde (requiring Durin's bane to step up to the challenge), they will pass through to the next round.

Group B:
1. Nargothrond- An team with most players playing at a high level.
2. Arnor- After an early goal by Scatha, Arnor finally sort themselves out.

Group C:
1. Hithlum - everyone on their team is good, and most are amazing. If they don't win, they'll definately come close.
2. Gondolin - most of their players are reasonably good, but there might be some rivavlry between Ecthelion and Gothmog.

Group D:
1. Eregion - Score one goal at the beginning, then a mithril defence for the rest of the game. 1-0 on all games.
2. Osgiliath - Most players of a high standard. Their relatively strong defence counteracts Smaug's well-played but isolated attacks.

Group E:
1. Lothlorien - Many saves, but few goals scored.
2. Armenelos - Spread of good players.

Group F:
1. Taniquetil- One of the best all-star (almost) teams in the tournament.
2. Dorthonion- After a tense equalised game, Dorthonion beat the Shire.

Group G:
1. Tol-in-Gaurhoth- One of the best teams there, but haven't had much time to play together
2. Tuna - Finwe and Miriel make a deadly combination and can only be defeated by the amassed quality of the TiG team.

Group H:
1. Valimar - Really an all-star team. They're the Valar! Melkor will turn score a lot - By his own designs, though, which will render the team useless at some points. When he doesn't have the ball, Eonwe who is well known for his team play will easily score a few more.
2. Bree - Old Man Willow has the largest reach of any of the other players, while Tom Bombadil's singing while scoring an incredible number of goals should boost his team's morale, while lowering everyone else's.
