A trouble with this particular game is that
there aren't many (dislikeable?) characters.
Even the S-B's.
Selecting hurts isn't nearly as easy as in other contests.

Totally agreed. So let's get rid of the "obvious winners" and let's then see who emerges victorious!

Having Frodo, Bilbo or Sam there in the final two would be such an anticlimax!

IMO, the trouble with HOBBIT game is that there aren't any likeable characters. Kill them all!
