If not Rohan, then what about the tombs of the kings at Minas Tirith? Elendil was buried on Amon Anwar, but weren't his bones transferred to MT later?

By the way, is it 'lie' as in 'lie buried' or 'lie on the ground' or as in 'tell untruth'?

Hmmm, just realised that Earnur was an exception, only King of Gondor not to be buried in the House of Kings, which would fit the description.

But I had something else in mind.
