Actually I think that Tolkien is probably up in Heaven having a quiet chuckle at all of us squabbling at Legolas' hair colour and if Balrogs had wings. But if he was alive he'd probably be hiding in some really secluded place trying to avoid people like us.
By the way Turkish Delight is gross. (Ask anyone within a 15 mile rafdius of my house, with the exception of my next door neighbour)
