I am confused. . .
It seems that they all represent the end of a family line (if one can put it like that) within the house of Finwe. Celebrimbor being the last of Feanor's line dying without heirs, just like Gil-galad and Maeglin. Eldarion is the last decendant we know of. (thus being the last of Finarfin and Fingolfins line) ------------------------------------ That seems to make no sense, but if I was to draw a family tree you would know what I mean. Anyways I am really confused and cannot see the forest for the trees.
