I believe that would be Fengel. It was his son Thengel who left to live in Gondor due to a disagreement with his father.

Sorry for the delay. I was away for the weekend, and then couln't come up with much worth putting in. Even now, this one should be pretty easy.
The Argonath marked the northern border of Gondor (at the time of their construction). Each statue had the left hand held palm outward in a "stop, don't go any further" motion. Who did each statue represent, and what did the right hand of each statue hold? |

I believe they represented Isildur and Anarion andthey both held axes in their hands.
