Q: What kind of music was favoured by hobbits?

A: After Saruman's Shire tour, the hobbits decided they liked political Industrial Metal the most. It is amusing how other much advanced races like the Dwarves, didn't like such music. Now that you think about it, the answer is probably that the Dwarves took industry much too seriously. As the hobbits's industry was a joke to begin with, they made the joke go over the top and by that they became enlightened.
