Sleepy, you can play even if no one drops out, (though I don't know if you meant you only wanted to be in a smaller game).

The game will start at 10 PM CST DST on the 22nd of April with a Night Phase and the first Day Phase will begin 10 PM CST DST on the 23rd of April.
