Basically, Degas is sweet. He is conceited, but only in a way stemming from being a handsome noble that's been swooned over. He loves his sister more than anybody and would do anything to keep her safe, but he doesn't always think. He's rash, but regrets it after. He's working on growing up, but he's still pretty irresponsible.
