Mithalwen, first I'll say that though that was nowhere near as good as the original it was however, a brilliant way to start off this competition. Now I don't want to fool you into thinking you have what it takes to go all the way but with a bit of work I think you may actually give the other contestants something to worry about.

Its a reluctant yes from me but a yes none the less.

What was that? Weren't you informed that this is a singing competition not a screaming one? Now don't get me wrong, you have a good voice and you can definately hit those hight notes but I don't think thats the right kind of voice for this competition. However, since I like your voice I'll ask you to give us thirty seconds of something else before I give you my judgement.
