The golden hair would be recessive (well, actually, it's more complicated than that ), but the dark hair wouldn't be. Though if we're talking about recessive traits, Turin did have grey eyes, which I guess were more Elven than human, like Elanor's hair was more like the Vanyar than Hobbits...
