Let me provide you with some.

Offence 1-spurring on his fellow Dwarves into merciless and homicidal wars against Goblins guilty of nothing worse than minor graffiti on a cadet member of a Dwarven Royal house's scalp.

Offence 2-Immediate seizure of throne of Iron Hills. Transformation of said kingdom into military machine with evil expansionist aims.

Offence 3-Contrary to the Rivendell Laws of Middle-earthian Rights, bearing arms with intent to attack the keepers of various protected nature reserves (Mirkwood, Esgaroth etc)

Offence 4-Arranging death of superior cousin (Thorin killed by Goblins? Likely story) to obtain throne and hoarded wealth. Hence "Kinslayer".

Offence 5-Entering into diplomacy with an emissary of a rogue state, namely Mordor
