I'll wait to see how things progress, but I'll definitely vote for one of those confounded Hobbits, and probably for Bilbo or Frodo. They were slick practitioners and managed to censor the histories, but the Baggins Crowd was in fact the most demoniac gang in Middle-earth. They murdered Celebrian to encourage Elrond to pay collection money on time. They harassed endangered species of reptile. They stole left, right and centre, and were never punished due to bribes to King Elessar....
