Oh, yes, I'm sure she will be. But she had it coming. True she gave me a "yes", but she keeps putting it off. In January she said "as soon as I graduate", then in March she changed it to "after I turn 18 in August", and now she says "after I get my degree".

After that, I'm sure it will be "after I get a new job", and then "after I get my big promotion", and then "after I retire".

I just can't take that torture any more.

But honey, you must understand that if you want to make a pack of cubs, the distance might be an issue...

But I proposed a solution to that. Every other weekend, have your friends pack you in a box and mail you to me. On the other weekends I'll do the same.

What is your objection to that?

Not just in your imagination Lalaith but maybe there's a reason. Someone commented before that the BD's look less geeky than expected. Well red hair is technically due to a mutation so maybe we get the mutants intead .

But this does depend on how many of them are real redheads.

I can contain my upset only if I am part of the wedding party. But tp, what ever happened to us performing the most impressive service to the world and combining our flawless genetics to make beautiful, brilliant, cunning, and witty beings that will surpass even ourselves? *sigh*

Alas, now it must wait longer. "As soon as I graduate" is in barely over a week, and I'll just be too busy for a long distance marriage this summer. "after I turn 18 in August" won't work, because I've reserved that time period for the piercing that I went to get a week ago and could not.

Now the better thing to do would be for you, Mister Traveller, to relocate to my part of the country. Placing all the responsibility on me like that... what could you be thinking?

That's really nice of you to say Lush, I've been getting some nasty feedback from my friends who all preferred my long hair. This makes me feel better.

I wonder if I'm counted in this "red hair" observation. I've never been sure what colour my hair is. I call it Strawberry blond...but I still like to think of myself as a redhead. What think?
