The Saucepan Man has been trapped in the Barrow!
Ring

Saucepan's Tolkien bibliography:

The Hobbit (about 4 times, twice recently).

Lord of the Rings (about 5 times, but only once recently, and I'm only just reading the Appendices since all but the Tale of Aragorn and Arwen were omitted from my previous editions ).

The Silmarillion (tried and failed about twenty years ago and recently succeeded ).

Currently reading the Unfinished Tales.

I also have a vague memory of reading Farmer Giles of Ham, but cannot recall much about it, so that's one of the next on my reading list.

Oh, and Bored of the Rings (once, about 20 years ago so I must read that one again soon too. )
