nope. it doesn't have a proper name. And you shouldn't take the hints too literally. it's not really moving even though it is "ever moving".
did this help or are you just more confused?

no, it's not a geographical place.
would it help if I said that the "ever moving" comes from a song that made it to the movies and the "dangerous" part is from a clause of Bilbo. I'm really bad at giving hints.

Road!!! I was going to say that!! But I didn't think followed fit it..
 But it's perfect for ever moving (road goes ever on and on...) and danger. (It's a dangerous business Frodo going out your door...)
