This is RoTK Part 2 quotes and as per my calculations(I didn't do any but it sounds good) & memory tat quotes doesn't appear in any of the 3 books but then again some people do say I have a really bad memory. So perhaps a hint is in order.
Yet again, Sleepy Ranger comes up with a fancy way of saying I have no idea what the answer is...
Netherlands will win today. just around 5 minutes can hardy wait.

Well, it sounds like something either Gollum or Sam would say about each other in the movies... but I honestly can't think of anywhere in the book that it would be said.
