Question

Aha , it was but it is very hard to translate the "unique" terms used in the book I have (translated in my native language) . But that was the same one .
After the last one being so hard , I`ll give a very easy one :
Why are all the good rooms of a hobbit hole placed on the left side ?

Palantir-Green

You are correct ! Go ahead with the next question .
My native language is the very specific and complicated language of latvians . No offence is taken if you know nought of the existance of such a land .

Sure I do, it's just across the Baltic Sea from here. (I live in Sweden, BTW.)

Why could Bard understand the thrush?

Tolkien

He was descended from a line of men from Dale who could understand the thrush.

Tolkien I think my last answer explained it well enough...

The exact quote is "Marvelling, he found he could understand its tongue, for he was of the race of Dale." Good enough?
