O.K. Others may correct me.

5 chief wizards came to ME:
1 - Sarumen (also known as Curunir)
2 - Gandalf (also known as Mithradir, the grey pilgrim, olorin)
3 - Radagast (also known as Aiwendil)

The Blue Wizards (there were two of them, they went into the east with Saruman but did not come back.)
The Blue Wizards are named:
4 - Alatar
5 - Pallando

I hope that sort of answers your questions.
