However, if I may choose an outside-LoTR moment, the entire Narn, esp. Turin leaving Niniel in his house upon Amon Obel. I think it was Amon Obel. Ack! <img src=tongue.gif ALT=":b">

The last moments of Theoden were also taken to heart. Not knowing that Eowyn lay next to him, Merry's sadness. <img src=frown.gif ALT=""> Poor Theoden.
