Formenos - Morgoth invaded and took the simarils Gondolin - Morgoth's servants discovered and invaded Nargothrond - Morgoth sent Glaurung to invade the stronghold Tol-in-Gaurhoth - Sauron invaded and captured the Isle Therefore, Angbad is the OPO because it was the only place that wasn't invaded by forces of evil!
