Please note the recent SAVE I put up for Berilac.

Berilac consults with the Mayor and sends Soran back to Lotar, asking him to come the next day.

Tinuviel - You can leave your posts as is, and let Berilac instruct you to go back to Lotar and deliver a message.

Taralphiel - Neither Lotar or Kandel can get into Bree - the town is now completely secured. Soran will be sent back to you with a message to come down to the main gate - the West Gate, where the Mayor and Berilac will meet with him on the field outside the hedge and dike.

Once you're there you can ask for Guthwine and Rudgar to be brought out. And you can try to reason with Guthwine. The children and women will not be allowed out until the negotiations are satisfactory to the Mayor.
