Are there any quotes that you like best? Some of mine are..... "Those who do not wield a sword, can still be slain by one." ~ Eowen "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future." ` Galadriel And there was one that ran something along the lines of this, "The worst part of Battle is waiting inside the battlements when you enemy marches to you"DO you all know any?

Well, this thread is invalid on two counts.1) A thread with this exact purpose is already open in this forum.2) The quotes you provide as examples are all (I don't know about the last one) from the movie, which would place this thread in the Movies forum. Our friendly moderator, Estelyn Telcontar, will most likely relocate it very soon...Iarwain

I think my favorite quote is: "Le abdolen. You look TERRIBLE!" You can just see Legolas thinking, "Filthy man! But I love him!" and Aragorn thinking, "Nancy Elf! But I love him too!"

At Helm's Deep, Eomer comes up behind Gandalf and says "Not alone.". After that he yells "Rohirrim". Then, just before they do a super charge n' squish, he yells something else. Can someone please tell me what that line is? That is my favourite line.Along with the speech Grima gives Eowyn about pale spring mornings (never heard that one in the bar before...), and Gandalf: "I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide."And anything that Denethor says.

ooooooooooh i have sooo many quotes that i love!!!too many to all list but here are some of them: "I know what i must do, it's just, im afraid to do it" - Frodo "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future" - Galadriel "You would drop dead before your sword touches him" - Legolas(not sure of the exact wording of that one) "What must i do?" - Frodo "Last i looked, Theoden, not Aragorn was King of Rohan" - Theoden King "What are we holding onto Sam?" - Frodo There's WAY more trust me but i can't be bothered writing them all out!!!
