Thengise left the room as she was told. She walked back to her room and sat on her bed, as she strained her elven ears to hear what was going on in the next door. She heard pounding, but next came long silence. It seemed that Calad would not speak, but she couldn't blame him for not wanting to speak to an unknown elf. Thengise paced back in forth as she waited for the healer to come back out so that he may tell her what was happeneing. She could not take the waiting so decided to go out for a walk.

Outside the stars were shimmering in the night sky. They were very beautiful, the gifts of Varda. Thengise walked among the trees silently, yet she could not help, but think of what was going on in Calad's room...
