Barodir was still in need of a fast way to get to Minas Tirith, when Pio said to him:

"Take the Great East Road to Bree and turn south on The Greenway. Ride hard and you will reach the Gap of Rohan in a fortnight. From there the Great West Road will take you down the Eastern flank of the Ered Nimrais and into Anorien from The Mark. Stay on the road and it will bring you directly to Minas Anor, or Minas Tirith as you Men call it now."

Barodir cursed himself for not remembering this way. "Thank you. I shall leave by mid day."

He then sat down as an old man walked in and sat near him. As he was waiting for breakfast, a halfling entered as well.

"This must be the only inn in all the area. It seems like the entire populous is coming." he said to himself. Finally, breakfast was prepared and he went to go get some well deserved food after a rough night.
