Hunting might be poor and provisons getting short (perhaps they didn't plan that it would take this long to find the escapees).

And of course Hama will be blamed for that as he is the one whom Frea sent to get provisions in the first place. One more reason for him to dislike the Forgoils, if they get mad at him for their lack of provisions. I sense tempers lost...
