I'd also say Iris by the Goo-Goo Dolls for Arwen and Aragorn, She's So High by Tal Bachman for Gimli about Galadriel, Perfect by Simple Plan for Faramir (it's absolutely...well, perfect, for him), and this was mentioned in another thread: It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine) by R.E.M. for the Frodo/Sam/Gollum team in Mordor (can't you just see them, linking arms, skipping down a road in Mordor, singing that?
