Without in any way casting aspersions on the worth of the 1000th post (or their predecessors) of Maril, H-I, or Elenna, perhaps it is not inappropriate, in light of the inundation of useless posts under which we groan, to recall Treebeard's explanation of Entish, for I would hate to think that this discussion would be misconstrued as inciting a hasty rash of agglomerating posts:
