There's a weekend in early August that I'll be unavailable (I think it's around the 6th or 8th). Other than that, I'm good up until school starts (whenever that is, but you start the same time I do, so I won't bother looking it up).

As far as the locations go...
1) Milwaukee YES
2) Chicago YES
3) St Louis YES
4) Nashville MAYBE
5) Kansas City YES
6) Oklahoma City YES
7) Indianapolis YES
8) Omaha YES
9) Austin MAYBE
10) Dallas MAYBE
