I am surprised no one has mentioned davem; it has quite a subtle elegance to it when you say it out loud (unless it is meant to be pronounced "Dave M" - I'm not entirely sure).
On a slightly different note, I would like to nominate Tuor Turambar, Cursed by the Valar, for obvious reasons.

*sighs* I just had to be SO original in picking my name.
 Well, I also nominate purplefluffychainsaw along with bombariffic (I love that!), and a new person here at the 'Downs, Ruler of the Frogs. I don't know why, but I just love that one.  Anything but Arwen and Oddwen are my honorable mentions.

I will not stand out with much of originality but I shall tell my admire for the nicknames The Saucepan Man , Trippo the Hippo (sounds cute somehow
 ) , Lush (the black cat avvie fited this nick very good) and Bethberry . Ophe
