Look here for news from the BBC today.

Personally, I love Lord of the Rings, and I love musicals, but I really don't see how they can mix. I think it will be extrememly difficult to stage effectively, and I'm not sure who they intend to appeal to. Would most Lord of the Rings fans be interested in a musical? And would most musical fans be interested in Lord of the Rings? I remain sceptical for now. What do the rest of you think?
