I don't think Tolkien ever mentioned female orcs, but since orcs were just elves or humans tortured and corrupted by Morgoth, they must have reproduced in the usual way (forget what you saw in the movie) so there must have been female orcs somewhere. We just don't have any clues as to what their lives were like. Miserable in some way or other, no doubt.

By the way, I did a search, and found numerous threads on female orcs. Too many good ones to bother with links, but try it.
