It was just all getting a bit to be .... well there is an expression too crude to use but sycophantic will do....for my tastes...

There's an expression going through my head at the moment too, but it's probably too crude to use also. Although maybe Spawn and I should take it as a compliment that you think we think of each other as influential, although the term "servile" serves to negate that idea.
